RONSTER BIKES wants to make it easier for qualified customers to purchase an electric bike without paying the entire purchase price upfront. When financing is available, applications and payment plans are handled through an approved third-party financing provider.
Financing availability, approval, payment amount, term, interest rate, fees, credit requirements, and other conditions are determined by the financing provider, not by RONSTER BIKES. Applying does not guarantee approval.
How RONSTER BIKES Financing Works
Select an eligible RONSTER BIKES product and review the financing options presented at checkout or through the approved financing provider. If you choose to apply, you will complete the provider’s application and review the agreement before accepting the financing offer.
The financing agreement will identify the purchase amount, payment schedule, number of payments, annual percentage rate when applicable, finance charges, late fees, total amount payable, cancellation or return terms, and other required disclosures. Read the complete agreement carefully before accepting it.
If your application is approved and the transaction is completed, the financing provider may pay or authorize the purchase amount according to its agreement with you and RONSTER BIKES. Your future payments will be made to the financing provider under the financing agreement.
Monthly Payments
There is no universal minimum monthly payment for every RONSTER BIKES customer. The payment amount depends on the product price, down payment, approved credit terms, repayment period, interest rate, fees, taxes, shipping, and the provider’s underwriting decision.
The exact payment amount and total cost must be shown to you before you accept the financing agreement. RONSTER BIKES should not publish a fixed monthly payment, such as a euro-denominated amount, unless it is accurate for a specific U.S. financing offer and includes all required disclosures.
Delivery of a Financed Purchase
After financing is approved and the purchase is confirmed, RONSTER BIKES will process the order according to the applicable Shipping Policy. Delivery timing depends on inventory, order processing, shipping method, destination, and carrier conditions.
Financing approval does not change the applicable product, shipping, refund, return, warranty, or cancellation policies. Review those policies before completing your purchase.
Returns, Refunds, and Financing Payments
If you return a financed product or the order is canceled, the refund process may involve both RONSTER BIKES and the financing provider. A product return does not automatically cancel a financing agreement unless the provider confirms the cancellation or adjustment.
Contact RONSTER BIKES promptly about product returns or order issues, and contact the financing provider about payment schedules, account balances, interest, fees, disputes, or changes to the financing agreement. Do not stop making required payments without confirming the effect with the financing provider.
Financing Provider Responsibilities
The financing provider is responsible for evaluating applications, making approval decisions, issuing financing disclosures, servicing the account, processing scheduled payments, handling account disputes, and explaining the terms of the financing agreement.
RONSTER BIKES does not control the provider’s approval criteria, credit decision, interest rate, payment schedule, fees, account policies, or customer-account servicing.
